Kane lived off of Deep Dish in Chicago but now that he's forced to eat NYC pizza he's malnourished and his body is decomposing more & more each day
Have you ever been to either of those cities? No one eats deep dish; everyone in NY is fat and pre-diabetic from fresh NY slices

I'll give him a pass because he's playing top-pair minutes, but he's a f***ing moron sometimes. He passed to Panarin on the outlet when there was a Sabre all over him.
Yeah I mean I've seen enough of him to say he's a fine #6 for us. But if you put a guy who is categorically a #6/7 D playing top minutes, it's going to be f***ing terrible.

More likely the transfat from McDonalds, Papa Johns and all the other "fast" food dumps.

Caveman becomes skilled leader

Gerard Gallant was just an average caveman living in a small tribe. He had no ambitions of becoming a leader or a warrior, but fate had other plans for him.
One day, his tribe was attacked by a group of rival cavemen. They were more skilled and organized than Gerard's tribe, and they quickly overwhelmed them. The women and children were taken captive, and the men were left to fend for themselves.
Gerard realized that he needed to step up and lead his tribe if they were going to survive. He knew that he was not the strongest or the bravest of the group, but he had a keen mind and a desire to learn.
He began studying the techniques of the rival cavemen, watching their movements and tactics. He observed how they communicated with each other and how they worked as a team.
Gerard then gathered his fellow cavemen and began teaching them what he had learned. He showed them how to communicate with each other using hand signals and taught them new fighting techniques.
At first, the other cavemen were skeptical of Gerard's leadership, but as they began to see the results of his teachings, they began to follow him.
Over time, Gerard and his team of cavemen became skilled warriors. They were able to anticipate their enemies' movements and work together to overcome them.
When the rival cavemen attacked again, Gerard's tribe was ready for them. They fought with bravery and skill, and in the end, they emerged victorious.
Gerard had become a respected leader among his people, and his tribe flourished under his guidance. They no longer feared their enemies but instead stood up to them with confidence and strength.
Gerard had learned that leadership was not just about strength or bravery, but also about intelligence and a willingness to learn. He had turned his tribe of cavemen into a force to be reckoned with, and his legacy would live on for generations to come.

Focusing on Kane every shift
I thought he was a much more mobile player with quick shifty stop/starts. I wonder if the injury has taken that out of his game or what

Wheel of Fortune in Finland must be a blast!!

We love our K's here

Mikkola is a fine player...until the puck ends up on his stick. The more I watch Goodrow, the more I wonder what the hell we pay this guy so much money for

He's not supposed to be a puck-on-the-stick guy tho. Not sure why Gallant + Murphy wants him to be. It's more than Lindy's out too, Mikkola was talking about being expected to add an offensive element in his first interviews when he came to the Rangers. Maybe managment/coaches envision him to be a poor man's Miller or smth
