"The tank is a funny thing. First you hate it, then you get used to it. Enough time passes, you get so you depend on it. That's tankalized."
I was expecting that to end with "That's Buffalo/Arizona/Ottawa".

Anyone want to see Marty coach less like a dinosaur and be more unconventional, innovative, think outside the box? Try different wingers for Suzuki to see what that might produce, mix it all up got nothing to lose and might increase value to some, never know until you try. Doing the same old song and dance sure is not showing anyone anything.

I feel like it will be a win tonight but a loss would be a pretty good result. CBJ has gained a fair bit of ground on us and are only 4 points back now, both teams with 64 GP. If only Arizona and Ottawa weren't incompetent dumpster fires they'd be ahead of us too.

There's 5 relevant forwards to work with , they are all playing in the top 6 , not sure what you want marty to do , Suzukis line is our only good one , newhook is not a center but there's no other option unless you wanna put evans with newhook and roy , which would make the bottom 6 even more unplayable than it already is

I know who is on the roster and doing the same shit isn't doing anything. This is the might Blue Jackets Montreal is going up against. You're not learning anything doing the same things over and over again. It would be interesting to see Roy with Suzuki and even Ylonen or Armia.

The only realistic change that would make sense is swapping Caufield with Newhook or Roy.
Forget Newhook he's occupied elsewhere and if he wants to see how Roy and Suzuki's minds meld he would opt to see it on a PP first.
There isn't a snowball's chance in hell he moves Slaf who is in 4 wheel drive mode on that left wing.

He tried a lot of wingers for Suzuki last year. He played with Caufield, Dach, Monahan, Ylonen, Anderson, RHP, Gallagher, Armia, even Pez.

He's also tried a bunch of guys on his wing this year, too, before establishing the Cole-Nick-Slaf line. Now, he actually has an actual 1st line and Suzuki can finally enjoy some stability. No need to experiment for Suzuki.

I’d like to see them put up 6 goals for the first and only time this season.
We run a high flying offense under MSL that showcases the kids and puts them in the best places to succeed. We always either lose 6-5 or win 6-2, not sure where you are getting your stats from.

Suzuki could have a big night, it's game #65 tonight and he's at 61 points so he's allowed to have 3 points (to make sure he keeps the trend of never ever getting to a PPG)

You realize they are tanking right. Best to see how other players perform to evaluate more accurately. Last year was last year, evolve a bit at least, don't be so conservative and simplistic be proactive.
