lol Still manages a breakout game even with the turnover. If that isn't the most Sevo shit
I think you really need to. That third line was looking great before this switch. Need more from each of Hughes, Meier and Bratt but you also can't change the Nico line.Schmid was solid. But yeah I will be curious too to see if ruff swaps Bratt/Boqvist back again?
Habs did just take the Rangers and Canes to a shootout. St. Louis has their battered lineup playing hard.
Let’s hope that was just a stinger for Nico.
Big game tomorrow. Regulation win ties us with Carolina. Hope the Rock is loud!

Something is wrong with Hughes, and it’s not his legs. Arm, wrist, shoulder is my guess. He’s getting the puck poked off his stick a lot, it looks like the strength on the stick may be the difference. Still that line is contributing to possession and creating a bit.Put Haula back with Hughes, it’s our only hope.
And the majority of ppl only recognize that 5%Classic Severson game where he's great for like 95% of the game and completely brainded for the other 5%
Only hope?Put Haula back with Hughes, it’s our only hope.
it comes with the position he playsAnd the majority of ppl only recognize that 5%

Will the bitching somehow stop with the win?
I hope this can momentarily bring something resembling slight joy to some posters tonight:

WoooshOnly hope?
The Devils have 92 points.
They could play half of Utica with various combinations and be fine.
Don't get the drama sometimes.
Goaltending doesn't matter.Schmid with .927 + 1.91 numbers. Goalie of our future?
totally agree on bratt.First, Montreal plays an amazing system. I really think Martin St Louis is the best an brightest young coach in the game.
Very sloppy game. Hughes and Meier look lost with one another. To make things worse, Hughes look pretty bad since the injury which leads me to believe he is playing with an injury.
Bratt is just so undisciplined with the puck. Sure he is talented and makes great plays but winning teams don't allow their players to do this. You would think being dropped to the 3rd would send a message, I wouldn't mind him sitting a game to really make a point and light a fire.
Schmid is the starter, Ruff may not know it yet but after tomorrow he may.
Dont let these stats fool you fellas. If we play them ten times, they might win 9 but not tonight. Tonight the 24 x Cup winner juggernaut known as the Canadiens de Montréal simply let us have this game. If they ever turned it on, we wouldve been ran out of the building. We keep playing like this, its only a matter of time before the Ls start piling up. /sRecap:

Maybe.......Schmid with .927 + 1.91 numbers. Goalie of our future?
I wonder how many games per year end with zero penalties.
