I think the issue is they aren’t moving as a group of 5. Just a lot of attempts of 1 on 1s.

That doesn't fit what Panarin and Kane do.

The last time Panarin was actually really good for this team is when we had DeAngelo and that gave us two pairs that could move the puck.

Once upon a time I wished the same wish with Kreider. Not anymore, he is what he is. Should've given the extension to Buch instead. Another Gorton mistake.
