Those teams were not even close to making the playoffs. Go for a walk around the block. It's embarrassing. This team will go down as bad of an embarrassment as 97-04.
If they don't come out and dominate against Montreal Thursday I would be worriedMuch needed time off to rest, watch video and practice.
same could be said for Boston.... last seasonEveryone wants to toss Gallant, but just look at this roster. Underperforming draft picks, aging big name vets (Kane is washed), and they cant field a full roster. How about we launch the front office into space.
He's not good 90% of the time. It’s only two Games but am concerned. I watched him earlier in the season and he was man handled by a struggling Ducks team, and I said to myself, Rangers want this guy? He put up 90+ points last season, so it’s like why not? But think he is clearly not 100% and was putting on a show to get traded. Hopefully I’m wrong And he is just adjusting to a new team. But so far, it has not been good.

Can't argue with that, but again we're on our 3rd game in less than 4 nights, down 3 of our regulars. The team is gassed as we've witnessed by this no show here in the 3rd. Also dealing with giant chemistry issues with new players...I'm not as down on this loss as most will be in the PGT. With that said, the Bruins didn't really impress me today...a team with their record should take advantage of us.I saw a bunch of outside logo bound shots, and Igor having to be pretty good to keep it relatively close. The moment Boston scored their first goal on their first good chance, before we even had one good chance with 10 shots, says everything about that team this year. This isn't a Rangers knock; Boston doing this to teams this year is a matter of time rather than anything else.
We forcee ourselves by playing cap games. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. We've been so focused on pinching pennies to get Kane when all year Kane isn't the vaccine to what ails this team.Never seen the league forcing a team to play 2 players short called copium before
Eh I don’t think they are as bad as you are making them out to be. A simple fix would be to provide more short passes and move up the ice as a collective unit.Which results in a chuck off the boards to nobody.
And then Panarin gives the puck away because the entire other team is in front of him already.
The injuries are amplifying it but we didn't fix the problem.
We keep firing coaches though and nothings changes…..same could be said for Boston.... last season
what changed?
