Sure looks this way. 4 shots by the team presumably fighting for its playoffs life.If Dobes wants the win, he will have to get a shutout and score in the shootout.

Banking on Suzuki/Caufield/Hutson to be top 10 players for the entire 20 games stretch. Lent Lughes.Glad we kept all our plugs.
He had an epiphany.
He tried to summon evil within him but experienced pangs of conscience. Probably whips his back every night while screaming « I have sinned!!! »
Is this an official diagnosis? While supremely talented, in the few games he's played this year he's already come across as a diva.
I disagree but whatever. I don’t think running the guys to the ground was the right move. A 3rd for Cody Glass doesn’t kill the rebuild for example. You’re not spending assets for that. Not at this stage of the rebuild.
He has an elite shot, that’s about it.While supremely talented, in the few games he's played this year he's already come across as a diva.
But the thing is that they need to draft around 10 or better if it’s possible. Adding mid players like Glass won’t do anything but help being ‘’mediocre’’.I disagree but whatever. Obviously that’s ideal but at this point they are trying hard to make it. Barring a complete collapse, I don’t see it happening. But the thing is that they need to draft around 10 or better if it’s possible.
100% but having a team that sucks, but they get to make a bunch of money and ne with their friends isn't something anybody wants.
The players have to realize that people will get traded. Players will be, or should be bought out.
There will be change.
Dvorak isn't coming back.
Savard probably isn't coming back.
Armia kind of hoping he isn't back just because the Habs need to switch things up.
I hope they do. It’s a chance at another good player!Obviously that’s ideal but at this point they are trying hard to make it. Barring a complete collapse, I don’t see it happening.
He has great hands and he can make some great passes too. I was very impressed by his first few games back.He has an elite shot, that’s about it.
I don't want Laine to contaminate the other playersIf they are, at least they want to play unlike Laine who's sitting out during our most important stretch when we have no depth because he has a runny nose. Real team player.
You’re right he’s decent at passing when he wants to. But his best talent is the shotHe has great hands and he can make some great passes too. I was very impressed by his first few games back.
However, since his slump it's been back to old Laine. Lazy, uninspired, poor defensively, cries to the media and takes games off at the slightest little boo boo.
yeah, the PPG streak was fun, now I'm not so sure he should re-sign. unless it's on the cheapHe has great hands and he can make some great passes too. I was very impressed by his first few games back.

Friedman and Johnston have both reported it. Marner's team turned down negotiating a new contract earlier in the year.Marner with 2 goals in the 1st. He must be pissed off that the Leafs apparently asked him to waive his no move to be traded to the Canes for Rantanen. If true, (which it probably isn't) that must make him feel really wanted by his team.![]()
Big fan of watching the game on CityTV and the only game the panel talk about is the Leafs/Avs.
