It’s always Cup or bust if you’re a playoff team. We couldn’t add Ekholm or Chychrun to our cap. Rentals are what we could get, and we got good ones. When the D is fully dressed, I think we will look better. Let Kane have a couple practices. Additionally, Ottawa just traded for Chychrun and is on a little streak, in striking distance of a wild card spot. They’re playing for their playoff lives. We’re just playing a mid season game.

Idk why anyone would be judging Kane based on tonight. Hasn’t even had a practice with his new team, just met everyone today. He was in the same organization since 2007.

Team is sorely missing Lindgren and Miller and it’s catching up to them all over the ice, not just in the D zone.
