Been thinking recently, PDB has in the past had a shelf life, usually like 3 years, but doesn't seem like that's been the case in Dallas. Maybe he's learned from his past HC positions. Hope so.

He's definitely an upgrade on W3dg3wood. He has his off nights but they're managing the workload of both guys really well this year.

There's a reason he is a career backup. Never been at his best whenever he's had to fill in for an injured starter but for a backup, he's pretty much an ideal guy to have.

Wedgie seemed like a cool person and his masks are top tier but I'll admit his playing style is rather chaotic and doesn't have the best positioning either. DeSmith on the other hand plays very calm and balanced for his size. Most consistent backup we've had for years.
