Wasn't Grier someone who would rough people up, or was that more Clowe's role? I ask because Grier puts this team together but they really do lack a killer instinct. I'm not saying the Sharks should go look for a Link Gaetz or someone like that, but maybe this generation's Mike Ricci or Ryane Clowe or Doug Murrey would do wonders for this team.
