Give yourself one day a week of whatever your favorite food is. But keep it in portion control. Do that for about a month and then change it to every 2 weeks. And continue to limit how often you have it each month.
Thank you! I haven’t tried to actually allow myself to have bad food. The more I limit the more I want it. Ugh

God. This is going to push the everybody else makes Laf look bad narrative to new heights, isn't it?

Food is just sustenance that’s needed for our bodies to run. That’s how I view it. Obviously I understand that some need the dopamine effect it can provide when eating those “mmm ahh” foods. But that’s more than likely to derail the ability for your body to run at peak efficiency.

But to each their own. Your body your rules.
I enjoy eating but it's really not that hard to stay fit even if you eat a lot. Everyone always says you can't out-train a bad diet and I'd presume you'll think the same but in my experience I have to disagree. You see way more skinny & fit/athletic people at a McDonalds than you see fat people in the gym or on a sports team. I've played hockey all my life and my team and I always eat tons of junk food and none of us are even remotely fat. Most people who work out a lot or play sports eat tons of calories too. People are lazy
