Im natrually a 16-8 faster. So I dont get eating habits but those strong men arent ripped to streds. So I get the fat strong thing and I get being perplexed by eating habits. The body is weird.Everyone has their vices. Unfortunately most of peoples is food.
@EdJovanovski calling the KGB as we speakGeorgiev is the Kravtsov of goalies. Wants the starting job and doesn't want to put the work and effort to get there.

Everytime you post, I feel like it's CK talking to us. LOLGeogiev has a really nasty habit of giving up goals after we score.
I’m going through this now. Most days I’m ok but at least once a week I cope with bad food. And a lot of it. It’s a battle every day. That’s awesome! And it won’t get easy until a couple years away from it. But it does eventually get better. And your body will thank you for the next 25+ years.
I’m not so sure about relying on the rangers for anything though![]()

Fasting is something I personally like as well as a large amount of athletes do. I recommend working out while your in your fast. See, he clearly never played with Girardi!I think Fox thought his teammate was going to keep skating, not reach for the puck and fall down there.
Give yourself one day a week of whatever your favorite food is. But keep it in portion control. Do that for about a month and then change it to every 2 weeks. And continue to limit how often you have it each month.I’m going through this now. Most days I’m ok but at least once a week I cope with bad food. And a lot of it. It’s a battle every day.
I certainly do. Its obviously made me healthier.Fasting is something I personally like as well as a large amount of athletes do. I recommend working out while your in your fast. If your comfortable with it and your doctor ok’s it.
