New management, new players, same story. Too good to get a good draft pick, too bad to make the playoffs. A bit premature I know but we've all heard this song before...

I'm sorry, but this is one of the worst posts ever on this board.

I think that means you disagree. Do disagree with my assertion that he's slow, weak and has bad vision? Or are you saying his body of work here has been good? Well let's review:

2011-2012 BLUE JACKETS 48 6 21 27 -13 37 2 0 2 99
His first season he was suspended, hurt and -13
2012-2013 BLUE JACKETS 30 5 9 14 -1 15 4 0 0 62
Last season he was hurt and unproductive

Europe. Somewhere.
The skill in that goal was real high, but the effort was impressive as well. Especially coming at the end of a period when many players kinda coast the final few seconds.

Yes, I disagree with all of it. He's not slow, certainly not weak. Bad vision is the closest thing we agree on.

You are putting the suspension on him? And injuries? He can't help either of them, especially the suspension where Shannaban was sending a message. He got drove head first into the boards last year, he's blocked shots and broke bones. If he's getting injured, I'd rather it be doing something like this, something productive for the team.

His first year was a rollar coaster here, I will agree. But last year and this year he has been a mainstay on our PP and has been nothing but solid offensively. He's shown flashes of being good defensively, but we all know of his shortcomings there. You love, hate Wiz sometimes, but there isn't any debating that he needs to be on the team.

Quick question. Why is your mascot a bee and why was the SWAT team following it around?

Yeah the lack of effort by us was pretty impressive. Impressive in the regard that we can be that bad. Hubs is just a disaster right now in his sophomore slump.

It's a homage to the last big league pro hockey team to play in Ohio - the Cincinnati Stingers of the old WHA.

P.S. YES, I totally just made that up!:sarcasm:

I don't think Stinger is a bee. Yellow jackets are part of wasp family, so I assume blue jackets are, too. :teach:

Trying to show Wiz is bad with stats is a fools errand. You're talking about the guy who leads the team in assists.
