This is where i'm at too. Was trying to find the best way to describe it and i think it would be; i will never root for this team to actively lose, but i won't shed a tear if they go into a spiral/miss the playoffs.

Columbus getting in would be a much better story, imo.
Playoff atmosphere is dope if it's your first time back in a while and/or you actually have a hope of doing something.

I am rooting for them to lose up and to the trade deadline cause I am afraid if they are in a playoff spot meathead will trade assets for a player. I want it clear that they have no business buying and should be selling. Then call up some young guys and I’ll get back to wanting them to win and see if they can sneak in on a streak.

8 minutes later. Quick update. I’ve now fallen off my chair. Strangely, I’ve lost all control of my limbs. The remote fell outside my ability to nudge it with my nose. So now I'm stuck facing a massive tv and this extremely odd team. The volume went up too.I’m actually a little stunned right now.
Gonna be a long night for me.
When you have Swayman in nets the opponent dosen't have to break a sweat to score goals, he turns low scoring forwards and defenseman into snipers.
