I think Leafs can come up with a strategy at a Maple Leafs square. Just place some plastic chairs 6 feet apart and fill in as much as you can.

Let people try to book spots online and have a map of spots that are booked. May be charge 10 bucks a seat and give 5 bucks for essential workers' benefits.
