Question is how much does he make ?

If Campbell tried to actually get back and hit Toffoli it would be waived off.
But he quit on the play.

I get that, he definitely should have touched him.

The goal is probably scored 90%+ of the time even if Toffoli isn’t there anyway, but Toffoli being there makes it a goal 100% of the time. He prevented Campbell from the small chance he had to make the save.

The league just sucks with its inconsistencies so I shouldn’t get worked up at this kind of stuff.
