Second half of the first (after the Greig hit) we had a really good push back, after that score effect kind of took over, we stopped taking risks while Utah opened up and made it look a bit ugly. Last 10 we really shut things down nicely,

Might not have been textbook, but a good win none the less.

They scored. Didn't let the other team answer back in 1 or 2 minutes.
Second period wobbles. Got saves and weathered the storm.
Perfect road 3rd period.

We just watched them start to figure it out.

Karlsson walked so Makar could fly... He proved the world wrong and shut them up about smaller, all offense defenders...

Also Makar's numbers away from Nate Dogg this year are pretty tame...
Karlsson was good at defense, he just loved points.

He shut down everything in the Olympics. And in our 1-3-1 phase

Credit where it’s due, they did a good job of locking down a lead in the third. I don’t remember this team doing that with any success.
