Their home record isn't a fluke.

They get tight & anxious on home ice. If they show up today with the same work ethic & compete that they showed on Tuesday night, that building will get firmly behind them regardless of what happens.

Absolutely cannot come out sleepy & flat like they did in game 4. Boston will be much, much better tonight. Need to match that. GIve the fans something to get fired up about - we're ready.

The media needs to hammer the home ice narrative down their throats today.

It's actually embarrassing how bad and lifeless they are at home

Going into game 6 Knies is the only Leafs player with more than 1 goal.
In that context, it's a miracle there even is a game 6.

Maybe tonight a few guys can step up? Nylander, Robertson, Jarnkrok to name a few.
But most likely Woll is going to have to steal this one for the Buds.
Hopefully Matthews takes Robertson's spot.

I know he's a bit of an offensive black hole, but I've liked Jarnkrok's game in this series - he's been smart on the puck, has drawn penalties, and has been sneaky dangerous at times with some really good looks - all of which is pretty surprising when you consider he returned from injury in game 1.

Wouldn't surprise me if he snuck in a goal tonight.

I expect Boston to be more relaxed and play better than they did on Tuesday, therefore the Leafs will also have to pick up their game.

Our defense has actually been one of our bright spots (outside of game 1). Our defense has been big and gritty all series long. They've been very structured for the most part.

Its our lack of goals and goaltending that's been letting us down

Leafs PP 1 for 17, this will break out. Weird Willy goal scoring slump, this will break out. Rielly playoff dominance, this will break out. A multi-goal win is waaaaay overdue.

Wish Keefe would take the reins off, we shouldn't play for a tight checking 2-1 win, it is the antithesis of what this team was designed to do. That's why the players appear so confused when the pressure is on. Just play a high scoring shootout - Bruins are not expecting that style - our goalie can match theirs, so go f*** them up Sheldon!!!

does anyone know our playoff record with these guys:

There's no place like home!

Seriously, tonight is very much the time to pick up that elusive win in familiar territory.

Can we wear our road jerseys tonight? Maybe that will have the desired effect on the players.
