Doesn't matter what it hit before it hit his face unless he was in a natural shot follow-through. Gotta control your stick. Johnson's cheek was visibly red on the bench.

Our power play looks SOOO slow, even at 4v3 it seems we hold the puck way too long and give the defense time to recover. At least Wennberg took a shot that last PP...he seems to have so much offensive talent but a phobia for shooting. He has PSA...pathological shot avoidance.

Now that the Sabres have Eichel I guess they decided tanking two years in a row is not good public relations....

I'm proud of the CBJ fan base not embracing the tank for a draft pick as the Sabres did last season...
