I really, really, for the life of me don’t get how people think Poitras is a game changing talent? I’m not saying he’s bad, but I notice himself picking himself up off the ice more than him doing anything offensively.

Just don’t see it.. like at all.

Maybe not game-changing, but I see a two-way 50-60pt center. I don't think we can expect much this season given his linemates and with how disconnected this team has been. He has been feeding guys like Brazeau a bunch, but they can't even receive a pass.

Swayman sucks and I do not want to see him attempt to play again. Korposalo and DiPietro might as well take over the net.

I said previously to give Swayman a 2 year 5 mil contract to let him prove himself. Now we are stuck with this ridiculous long term deal with no real way out.

They’re stuck with him. I’ll say that if he had a decent healthy blue line and a full camp he’s probably better. If he rebounds next year, they’ll be able to get something but it might also make sense to keep him.

This team needs a lot more than just one 'elite prospect.' The players on this team that are tradable aren't going to bring in game changers. Also, add in the bad long term contracts.
It's gonna be a long drawn our process before the B's are SC challengers again.

Trade out UFA’s and get something for them. Call up 2-3 providence guys and take your chances.

I don't know. Maybe that's true. This league is very year to year though. Especially with goaltenders.

If they can hit on a 1C in the draft with a top pick, I feel like a lot of this roster falls into place.

To be fair this is probably not even in the top 3 of worst losses this year. Mostly because we all fully expect them to blow these kinds of games, get to OT and blow it in OT.

I've watched every B's game this season. Because I have, I never get excited when the B's are leading.
I have accepted the fact that this is a mediocre team and, like you correctly posted, I expect them to find a way to lose.
