Maybe they're after Leopold?

I have a hard time seeing Wisniewski get moved; with two years still remaining on his contract and a modified NTC, it's a tough nut to crack. I wouldn't be completely surprised, I just don't see us being able to unload him for full value.

Should be interesting discussion over the next few days.

Wouldn't it make sense for us to showcase Wiz instead of healthy scratch him? That is unless a deal is not already finalized.

Nashville looking for some scoring depth would make more sense, but we all know how nonsensical these situations can be.

I'm not sure Leopold needs showcasing. He is available for a 5th, take it or leave it. I think the Wiz scratch is more internal than anything.

We must be watching different players.

Obviously, because he's maybe our worst defenseman and I've said so many times, last year he put up points so his turnovers were masked, this year he isn't putting up points so it's been glaring. For all the crap Boll gets for making 1.7, he doesn't touch the damage on the ice Wiz has caused for 5.5 a clip. Like I have said many times, our problems lie with our defense, not forwards.
