How about this...if you're built like a smurf keep your head up
yup, that's the thingThe principal point of contact is the head and head contact was avoidable. That's all the league cares about.
That and not having anyone get killed on this type of play.
You want to get hit in the face like that?Clean as a whistle, what has the game come to?
Agree with this. Initial contact looked to be his faceyeah well, you can't hit a guy in the head!
he's gotta learn that! if you're a taller player then you gotta dial it back if you're just gonna smash a guys head in, hat is the rule
How many strides did he take before the hit? Did he leave his feet? Clearly, not charging!I mean. Head up or head down, that's charging either way.
Guys that don't wanna get hit keep their head up.You want to get hit in the face like that?
i really dont know how ur supposed to hit as a tall player in this league anymore. so many skaters dont look where they are going and pretty much skate head first into players on the other team. nhl has created a situation where defenders are pretty much obligated to get out of the way of a clueless puck carrier.
If you don't want to get hit don't play hockeyGuys that don't wanna get hit keep their head up.
Just looked it up...you are correct.Hank and Talbot
