Soft coverage on a quick PP snipe. Oil have slipped on a banana again to start this game. Repeating terrible habit to be outworked and out skated then flush that further with a penalty 200 feet from their own net.

Agree about the shot blocking. That requires balls and commitment. Though the d seems to open up to let their goaltender see the shot but unfortunately too often they simply drift into helping to screen their own goaltender.

Okay? So Skinner is supposed to allow 100% of tough shots? We witness goalies make tough saves against us nightly. Why can’t Skinner even occasionally.

I'm talking about one shot. A perfect one executed quick on a PK that was soft and slow in its coverage. This is a massive team fail to start this game and as I've pointed out goal 2 needed a tender to save this team from itself.
