Barkov is a true number 1 centre, Stutzle is not. Matthew Thachuk is a true number one winger, Brady is not.

They’re in a weird position because they could be a few points out of the playoffs by the deadline, so ideally they win the first few games after the 4nations and make a move. If they keep sinking, I’d hold off on trading futures.

We've been out played pretty badly, especially since that Greig penalty. I thought they should have each gotten one there but Greig can't do that. Seemed like they missed the too many men call when the extra guy came on too, but bad reffing doesn't change how badly we unravelled.

Batherson needs to shoot the puck more in all situations where he's in the offensive zone. On the PP he had the opportunity so shoot, and instead made a stupid ass pass. He needs to stop with this passy passy crap and put some pucks on net. Ottawa's game is not simplified enough lately.

Florida plays a heavy game and all the Sens D plus 3/4 of the forward group shy away from that kind of treatment. Stutzle and Batherson literally disappear in games like this.

I haven't wanted to trade him, but he's way too hot and cold for this roster. We need to get more guys who can contribute 5-5 every game.
