I'd upgrade Skinner. But teams don't win with this level of massive bad decisions and poor defending. Their defensive play has been slipping for the past 5+ games. This is a team issue.

Can't put into words why Skinner isnt absolute garbage at his position so Canthavetkachev now resorting to emoji responses.
How much fun must it be to play hockey when you're mcdavid and you're constantly creating scoring chances and you're the best in the world. The thrill of that must be something. Like how much more fun would hockey be to be mcdavid than a 3rd liner?

I’m not going to blame Skinner on that one- but what the f*** was that? Instead of pushing off and moving laterally- he just kicks his back leg out? He was still facing the shooter when the puck went in.

Its amazing how stubborn Knoblauch can be with JSkinner but Bouchard and Stu get infinite rope.
Come now, Skinner was so worried about being scored on shortside by a backhand again that he toe picked and couldn't even push across.
Both the D & Skinner suck, horrible combination when trying to win games

I’ve seen Eric Comrie do it recently.
Not to say the Oilers didn’t play poorly in front of him but every mistake ends up in the goal.
He’s not good.
The goalie needs to make a big save or two at some point. I say this as a defender of him generally but he's just been atrocious most of this season.

Can't stop a puck when it literally hits his catching glove and than follows that up with instead of doing a pad stack he makes himself as small as possible and tries to go fishing. Not a systems goalie not an atheltic goalie what exactly is his bread and butter?
