Wow! I kinda figured Columbus had an amusement park of its own somewhere in the area.

Cedar Point to the North. Kings Island to the South. The Columbus Zoo is sort of our thing. Halloweekends at Cedar Point in October are awesome (although a bit tamer than they used to be).

Johansen! That shift is why I said I think Jenner could be playing with Johansen for a long time.

That line is really clicking. Boone with the hard work possessing, Horton with a great play to send it in to Joey instead of Boone who heads to the front and serves as a screen, Joey with great hands.

Hey guys, Ducks fan here, Jenner looks great so far tonight. That top line of yours is deadly. Happy to see that the organization seems to finally be going in the right direction. Johansen is a stud as well.

For anyone n the northern part of the state without the alt channel or FSCincy, the Cavs have only one quarter and postgame show to go.

People come from many states away to go to Cedar Point. They have biggest collection of record setting roller coasters of any amusement park in the world.

The last week before Labor Day is "Michigan Week" because Michigan schools don't start until after Labor Day. They raid the place.

Not a bad situation to be in (two world class amusement parks not far away and the best zoo in the region in town - having the zoo closest is good because it is cheaper than the amusement parks, so the cheapest is also the most accessible).

Even if it did, Cedar Point is one of the best in the world. Should abuse our close proximity!

So, it's basically the same logic as me traveling to Columbus to see NHL hockey even though there is an AHL team here in Cleveland?

NOTE: I do also attend the AHL games, half-season ticket holder, actually.

Anybody else think we should switch one of Foligno/Umberger with one of Atkinson/Calvert? Just seems like it has been our 1st and 4th lines since Johansen got put with Jenner and Horton.

If you want to look at it that way I assume that would be roughly in that line of logic.
I'm a thrill-seeker type so I guess I just love that park a ton.

Wonder how this PP will fare...

It's not always very effective, but I appreciate how we've stopped using the dump and chase on every entry in to the offensive zone.
