That team didn't let up, it was the 4th line and bottom D pair out there the entire time they had pressure on.

For being shifted all over the place from 4th line to 3rd line, Jenner having 9 goals is pretty nice. Maybe a 20 goal scorer one day?

If he had a full season on a scoring line, playing 18-19 minutes a night, he would have hit 20 this year. Heck he might still hit it if he keeps playing with Joey.

With how they came out for this period you want a captain to be named? After this gong show? Nobody on this team is worthy of it right now. Unless you mean trade for one, but even then you can't trade for a guy and immediately name them captain, that's not really a fair thing to do.

We have actually had some great second periods of late... it's more a two goal lead imo... we can't shut down teams when in the lead....

It's either lead by three or lose... (general comment not based on fact)

You can't force leadership. It just isn't there right now.

Forcing leadership gets you Foote and Nash as captains.
