Your not understanding the point. Rask literally had to keep games under two goals to have a chance to win. He had to keep up an elite pace. It's like your top scorer has to score every game to win. It's not sustainable. Since Rask is playing average they are losing.
You cant expect Zane to come in and be an all star goalie. He will be average, Team has to play better in front of him.
That last goal was a seeing eye puck and Krug couldn't clear the screen in front or block the shot. Zane looked right around the screen and puck came left in the tiniest of opening. Literally hit the inside post and went in. It was a great shot with a bit of luck.
Last 3 wins he literally gave up more than 2 goals in each game.
