He just so happens to be 2 goals away from his 100th career goal.

Hat trick tonight puts him over.

I do think that after St. Louis has scored 5 and leads 5-0, Buch will be flooded by the sorrow of seeing his friends getting wrecked and switch uniforms, sparking an incredible KZB-led comeback to even it at 5-5, only to lose in the final minute as Kyrou slips by Miller and stuffs it past Shesty as Miller checks Kyrou into Shesty.

Going to this one with my daughter!

First game at MSG for her, first one for me in a couple of years.

Cant wait and hoping for a big win!

Thank God Igor is in the pipes
Happy for you and your daughter. Remember you begging for Georgiev vs Vanc. You got your wish, enjoy!

P.S. Brought my 12 yr. old Godchild to her 1st some years ago vs Panthers. Lasting memory and now she is a Rangers/Hockey fan. Wish you the same.

Buch will get on the scoresheet. People will obsess over the gross incompetence of our organization for letting him go. People will call Gallant an idiot every time Hunt or McKegg or Rooney does anything remotely negative. Yawn.

I’m half expecting the offense to break through because it’s due, but also expecting St. Louis to be a tough opponent. Looking for Laf to continue to play with pace and confidence, and hope someone can finish on his passes.

As with every game, it’s just one in a long season. We’ve already punched our playoff ticket. We know we have poor depth right now. We know we’re likely going to address that (in some way or another) at the deadline. I can’t agonize over these individual games. Hopefully we come out on top. A nice 5-2 win. LGR

It's why I really haven't watched the past few games. I know it's just going to lead to aggravation

I still like Gallant but I too am perplexed by some decisions with the forward corps... even considering the injuries to Blais and Kakko.

He also seems to play some of those lines WAY too much. But I keep telling myself 'He knows what he's doing. Right? Right?'

This is one of the reasons why I took the last two games off here. Too much negativity. Yeah I wish Buch was able to stay, but nothing can be done about it now. I get criticism, but there is a difference between critiquing and just blatantly bashing the coaching, players, or organization.

Perfectly said. Every play will be scrutinized like it's game 7 of the SCF and Buch will be immortalized as the greatest Ranger ever.

I would suggest entering on 8th ave

So funny you say that. Went to a concert at MSG two weeks ago, and was planning to do just that.

The new front is all f***ed up and is actually a disaster waiting to happen. When they let everyone out at the end of the game and they have everyone penned in on the left side, only to wrap it around and exit to the street in the same spot as the right -

That is just downright stupid and dangerous, God Forbid there is a crowd rush there is no where to go for those trapped on the left.

It’s just all been said a million times. Let’s just watch the damn games and comment on what’s happening on the ice, not the decisions from the past that can’t be changed or the fact that, yes, McKegg is still here. If (when) he makes a bad play it’s fine to point it out. But the “Gallant f***ing sucks!!!” that comes with almost every one of his shifts, or the “Drury is SO brain dead” every time Buch completes a simple pass is so tired. I’m watching to see Laf continue to progress. To see if Kreider can keep putting pucks in. To see if Zib gets a hat trick and goes on a heater. Not to scrutinize every decision the NYR organization has ever made. As I said… we KNOW the depth is a problem and we also KNOW the TDL is coming and we’ll add some depth pieces. We also know we’re firmly in a playoff spot. Try to enjoy it.

We’re having trouble scoring. I know Hunt is an offensive force but maybe give Chytil a go on the wing.
