Yeah, he just blew that play. He used to just spin away from a player on that kind of play, but he doesn’t have as much agility in his game anymore.

Thats on Jared. Nobody else. That is terrible coaching. No reason whatsoever for Macdermid to be out there in the final minute of a period unless you are getting blown out and the other team puts out their goons.

Avs got away with one on our 1st goal, Blues get the same on their goal. Cancels out.



That goal is as much on Englund/Meyers as it is Girard. Both guys had no idea what the f*** to do and they both got lost. That's how the Blues player got so wide open. Initially he was Meyers' guy but at the last second Meyers tries to get in the shooting lane which Englund had also committed to already. So both guys take the puck carrier and nobody takes backdoor.



As I watch it more, I blame it more on Meyers. Just more negatives to show this is not an NHL player
