Love Marshy but for those of us who watched the movie Finding Nemo, he’s a shark and always will be a shark

In the movie the 3 sharks tried to become vegetarian but at the drop of blood they were who they are

Marchand has been benched, was in the news over the Pastrnak controversy he spent 5 minutes addressing

He is getting bad penalties making unprofessional moves (grabbing that d bag Cousins throat open hand was not a good look)

He needs a 2-3 month vacation

I’m GM my objective is he’s here for years

I need to figure the yearly amount and term

If he has to have say a $1 more then Swayman or even at Lindholm then not happening

I’m probably going his current amount year to year

Also, if they are retooling - and they are nuts/delusional if think otherwise

I want to send him to Vegas or Colorado with a hand Shake/wink he’s coming back on July 1

They could add minimum a couple of second round picks and a prospect
I don't like his type players like him as captain. He needs to play on the edge not be worried about setting examples.

Of all the scenarios going into today's game, I was really hoping that the Canucks moved Miller to NYR and then Pettersson to Boston. Or the other way around. Will have to wait for the USA SWEDEN game instead.

Either way, this feels like it's going to be a nightmare.

Bruins don't do well in matinees.
Miller revitalized and with a team fighting the Bruins for a playoff spot.

Who has the fight still in them in Boston?

@Ladyfan :)

Writing this from universal studios Orlando... we need Matty Potter ...I mean Harry Poitras to have him self a gem today! And Marchy in full Slytherin filthy cunning mode! Lol...I actually do think they might win...pride thing
Yeah, I'd really like to see something from Poitras as well. Underwhelming after coming up but likely he won't be a NHL regular for another year it seems.

I want to keep him as well. No interest in prospects and even less in picks. If sent out, package him with something to get a roster player in return.

Like every other time he has come up, he has a couple good games and then begins to disappear...

He's reminding me of Ryan Spooner. Maybe @MarchysNoseKnows can chime in with comparisons as he's more of the resident Providence expert.

Brad is looking scary. I'm afraid he cracks and cracks someone over the noggin and gets a heavy suspension ruining a lot of his trade value.
He really looks like he's ready to pop.
He's gotta be careful, he may call out guys more severely and get the Miller label, lol.

The Pasta line hasn't let up one bit. The biggest problem with most of the rest of the lineup is lack of top talent, not lack of effort. The Hampus/Kastelic injuries don't help either.

I do not disagree, but I think coach is right that the team is starting to look a bit demoralized.

Someone hold a mirror under Donny Sweeney's nose, make sure he's still breathing.
I may be in the minority here but I respect the job Sweeney has done during his tenure. I think the team's culture has eroded this year. From what I can see Marchy is our only leader now. We used to have multiple leaders (Bergy, Marchy, Krejci, Chara, etc.). Never seen so much quit in an NHL team. Coaches and Management shouldn't be blamed.

I'm watching the Chicago vs. Florida game. On the intermission show, Sway and John Buccigross are having lunch at Tresca Italian restaurant. Could be amusing. Not sure a heavy pasta pre-game meal is ideal. Sways reflexes may be slowed against the Rangers.

He is good at building around an assembled core no doubt about that.

I remember seeing McSorley on the bench just before the Brashear incident. No excuse for what he did afterward, but I would like to see somebody that hates losing that much and is willing to elevate their game to do something about it. If Miller could’ve done that, and challenge others to do the same, that would’ve been a big help.
