The one thing that caught me off guard was the combo of Thrun/Thompson being all positive.Fun game, Smith looked good again. Celebrini did some typical fun Celebrini shit. Askarov was great. This chart checks out otherwise too.
They looked solid earlier this season too. Could be a decent 3rd pair next year. The one thing that caught me off guard was the combo of Thrun/Thompson being all positive.
I don't have any faith in Henry, but I have no problem with the team running a young pairing out there for evaluation, even if it is because of injury. They looked solid earlier this season too. Could be a decent 3rd pair next year.
considering thrun looked as sucky as always, yeah. i guess the pens are truly teh suck. The one thing that caught me off guard was the combo of Thrun/Thompson being all positive.
Nice!! I've been collecting cards of our young core too! I'll be sending off the Asky auto for grading soon.View attachment 968294
You’re welcome, y’all. Asky pulled this off because I just got this in the mail
We'd tanked the last month so well we could afford a slip upI am fully on board the tank, but it was a good win for the Sharks today. Nice one.
He's the funniest man alive, sorry!
It was good to see him return to form, but gotta do something about that five holeI gotta say trading Blackwood is one thing, but sending Askarov back down because of Georgiev would be two rough blows to the team's psyche
Thompson has been solid this year. I'd have happily waived Rutta and given Thompson his minutes. Don't know why he and Thrun are treated differently. The one thing that caught me off guard was the combo of Thrun/Thompson being all positive.
Waiver exemption basically. Thrun needs waivers to go down, Thompson doesn't.It was good to see him return to form, but gotta do something about that five hole

As a former goalie, being as flexible as he is will always leave him susceptible 5 hole.It was good to see him return to form, but gotta do something about that five hole
That would be ridiculous! When that happens, share the pics here!Sick! I just grabbed a raw Eklund Young Guns too. My goal/dream is to hang a case of all roster players’ YGs if we finally win the cup.
Well you barely knew her… boomCouldn't Duehr
The real question is, can Beanie hang with Smith?I wonder if smith could hang with beanie now?
I am not seeing the same thing with Thompson. He has higher peaks than Thrun (although Thrun had some surprising dangles last night) but he got out-muscled a lot last night and is struggling with DZ positioning and fighting for space. Still needs to beef up.It was good to see him return to form, but gotta do something about that five hole

This is a good point and it's almost surely one of the big reasons Thrun has been given such a run, in addition to letting the younger, less physically mature D marinate.Waiver exemption basically. Thrun needs waivers to go down, Thompson doesn't.
You mean AHL Celebrini? The real question is, can Beanie hang with Smith?
I've made my decision. Unless we end up withCase and point. He’s just the best. I’ve never wanted to get a goalie jersey but now I’m like hmmmm…
