Fantastic road game. Cleared those fans right out of the place early. Puts us in a solid position in the standings. Gaining ground on the teams above and putting a bit of separation with those behind us piled up in the wildcard chase.

Must also say the crew on the Prime broadcast is significantly more enjoyable listening to compared to whatever fools SN throws at us Saturday nights

This is a little dumb but I love seeing the boys all carrying their own gear to the carts after the game.

During the Pinto interview you see Greig, Sandy, etc...all walking behind him with their hockey bags.

Just a cool hockey thing.

Don't want the 4 Nations tourney to happen. Team is on a roll. We don't need any breaks lol.
They’ve been so much better since they got that mini 3 day break so in this case I think rest is a weapon. They’ll probably come back refreshed.

Another solid road game & again they played really well defensively especially with the lead. Sanderson is unbelievable, Pinto & Greig are starting to break out & not only is the offence back, the defence is starting to put the puck in the net with some regularity.

Tkachuk is impossible to stop, Batherson is playing the best two way hockey ever & it was nice to see Perron get his first goal as a Sen. Stutzle too is playing the best two way hockey he has ever played this yr & they really look like & are playing like a playoff team right now & firing on all cylinders. :thumbu: :thumbu:

And Gaud (G & A)
Unless he made too much noise. 😜

Gaudette provides offence at minimum wage. Rookies aside, he produces the most cost per goal value (to use Melnyk’s cheapness formula) to his team. We become delusional and unreasonable in expecting too much from someone who is already punching above his weight with his abilities. He works hard for his goals and assists.

Maybe a tad under appreciated. But may have costed himself out this team for a better contract somewhere else.

He had a very good game. His offensive contributions were crucial in Norris’ absence. The forward depth, much like the defensive and goalie depth, seem to look a lot better these days.

When Gaudette is good, he's clutch and timely offense. When he's bad, he's a liability.

If he can bring the lows up a bit, hes a great depth player, but man is he frustrating to watch when he isn't on his game
