Agreed. Moss is a waste of Ribs talents.

Domi next year with Hanzal and Vrbata (?)

Doan-Ribs-Boedker

Keep Vermin with Korpi.

The Boedker -Vermette- Korpi line is great. I wouldn't want to change something that is working. I think Domi would be great player to play next to Riberio.

I know but every time I get high on him he will have a 5 goal night to bring me back down. Tonight was excellent and he stopped some shootout quality shots.

Greiss's worst game was against the Ducks, the number 1 team in points in the league. I forgave him for it, Smith would have been just as bad.

I'm thinking about next year's top 9.

Moss is gone. He's just too expensive for what he brings.

Domi-Hanzal-Vrbata
Doan-Ribeiro-Klinkhammer
Korpi-Vermette-Boedker

Looks nice so far.

It should be definite. Smith doesn't deserve to play and DT says his system is all about earning your playing time. Who knows, maybe it will shrink Smith's massive ego.

Doan-Ribeiro- ?
Korpi-Vermette-Boedker
Lessio-(Matthias)-Klinkhammer

You can't put Klinkhammer w/Ribeiro, he's already got Doan who isn't a scorer, Ribs needs a scorer

Just watched the DVR of the game, nice game to have against the Kings and nice to see Greiss get the SO

Btw, Greiss 13g 7-3-1 with a .931 save pct...if Smith was saving at .931 then we'd be right up there with Anaheim.

I due hope that Greiss gets the start vs. Buffalo, after a SO he deserves the start.

...and Ryder can fill it up, haven't really heard anything good about his defense, but he knows Ribeiro and would be a great trigger man for him.

Also, with Lessio & Klinkhammer on the 4th line, the 4th line should have an advantage just so long as they're not being centered by Halpern and I thought Matthias would be a good choice.

Biz is having a great season. Great to see the Yotes stick up for themselves and don't let the other team run over them like previous games.

Just back, and now reading the thread. Best team effort I've seen in a while, but some of it may have been the Kings being flat. I asked at the end of the second if Ribeiro even played that period. Was he hurt for a while, or just that invisible offensively?

Greiss had better get rewarded with the start against the Sabres. We all remember Smith falling into the net with the puck last time we played them.

I noticed Ribeiro specifically actually twice. Both were in the third. One was him trying to make a tricky passing play work with him, Moss, and Klink, but it got mishandled by one of Moss or Klink.

The other, I saw him take a neutral zone faceoff, someone chipped the puck in, but he retreated to the red line as we fell back into a 4-man neutral zone defense with a single forechecker.

The buttgoal was more of a fluke, but if the Gressiah didn't earn himself another start after that game, than I don't know what will.
