I have never once felt compelled to cheer for another countries anthem. And I doubt that I ever will.

Something tells me slewidge wouldn't mind in the least. And if he does, that's his problem, not ours.

Patriotism is dumb imo.

I even cheer for other teams in international hockey. Czech Republic in 1998. Sweden, Finland, etc. other years.

You think I'm gonna cheer f***ing Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf, Chris Pronger, and Sidney Crosby on after they beat my teams asses and gloated on their way to the much more important trophy? Ya f*** that. Never understood how I'm all of a sudden supposed to passionately cheer them on after that while the majority of Senators were on other teams.
