The Perron comment is bang on. Staios/Green want a tight defensive team that generates offence from the forecheck, NZ turnovers and the cycle. Rush chances are gravy but not worth cheating for. It’s almost identical to Treliving/Berube philosophy.

Agree get rid of the anthems. Replace them with individual team theme songs.

I don't ever want to see JBD back on this roster.

Kleven and Mantipalo have been very good.

JBD is fine as a 6th/7th D, he led the team in blocked shots & plays a relative safe game. What I like about Matinpalo is that he is bigger & stronger & able to push bigger players out from the front of his net & big enough not to get overpowered in his own end. Kleven & Matinpalo have helped a lot to reduce the goals against.

Norris injury looked almost non contact

It looked like he fell awkwardly, maybe twisted something? He did seem to be limping when getting off the ice. Ankle? Knee? That's why I hate cross-checks from behind. Player has no chance to brace for the hit when he can't see it coming.
