Even if we count griers first year as GM and that draft, which he probably had very little input into for the draft as he was hired a week before the draft. It has been 3 years, not many non top 10 draft picks play in the nhl that quickly.

Team isn't the most talented, but War is getting the absolute least out of his lineups.

I don’t like his decisions one bit. I’m cool giving him one more season and then the boot if he can’t produce a better team next year with another high draft pick and Grier hopefully doing something for the backend.

Neither of them were drafted by the sharks, and they are still the only prospects that are over the age of 20 and 21. And both of them showed a little promise in there half dozen games each this season.
