One thing I’ll see is that Grier better work his ass off to reshape our defense this summer. I want to see an aggressive offseason where the team gets better - doesn’t need to be playoffs better, but not another season of this.

The team has more talent than it's given credit for. They should have younger players (who weren't picked in the top 10) showing promise.

Even if we count griers first year as GM and that draft, which he probably had very little input into for the draft as he was hired a week before the draft. It has been 3 years, not many non top 10 draft picks play in the nhl that quickly.
