Even if the concussion is from his head hitting the ice after the fact
Big reason why is the unnecessary hit

If you leave Blais in the game, most chances the crowd gets into it and the game spirals out of control.

I thought Harris falling would have made it a 2 minutes penalty.

But Harris didn't have the puck and his back was facing Blais the whole way and Blais still hit him.

Yes, Harris was falling but Blais hit him in the numbers long (ish) after the puck was gone.
