Easy to say when they're not scoring. Again, I'd rather see players getting chances and not scoring than not getting chances and not scoring. If you're getting chances that's the most important thing. Once a few go in the confidence will go up and the goals will come. If you panic and try to switch things up you could get in a situation where you're not getting chances and not scoring. It's more important for the players to have the feeling that they're close to breaking through.

Agreed. From passed years, it is still hard to believe this team continues to play so disciplined when things aren't going in. No cheating for offense, no extra cute seem passes, everyone coming back hard. Not scoring is frustrating, maintaining team discipline is what will make us a true contender.

The Jets have been pretty solid and generating some chances but it is concerning that we are gonna have to win a game against one of the worst teams in the league 1-0 or 2-1.

Vlad Namestinikov one of the best producing players on the Jets dead last in 5v5 icetime... you have to find him some more icetime when you are struggling to score, you just have to. Give him a couple of Appleton's shifts here and there.

I dunno...they have dominated for stretches of this game.

Yeah, what’s the point of “depth” if we barely use it.
They are getting their chances. Sometimes things go cold. As long as they stay disciplined, puck luck will find us.

In games like this I want him to run Lines 1 and 2 an equal amount and lines 3 and 4 and equal amount.

I am not saying they haven't but they have had a hard time finishing as of late and I was counting on this game for them to break out of their funk.
