Bednar and all the coaches deserve some criticism for not looking down to watch the replay.
I have to agree. He takes first man, sees MacK coming back (who then reaches and coasts instead of striding), assumes his players will help. Lost his strong/side positioning, could have been better with stick position, but his help… well, they didn’t helpI don't think the straight criticism against Makar there is quite fair.
Uhhhh, they were? No idea what makes you think they weren't. The national broadcast went from the entire coaching staff looking at the tablets to the faceoff at center ice.Bednar and all the coaches deserve some criticism for not looking down to watch the replay.
I'm watching the Altitude feed. They did not show that. Also the Avs beat reporter (who I assume is also watching the Altitude feed) said they didn't. I plead ignorance.Uhhhh, they were? To credit Makar, he actually made the play offsides. The coaches and linesmen failed to catch it.
