Is Dean the problem or is it that we’re completely outmatched on paper?
Not really outmatched. I blame our PK and coach. For starters, Gus should have had Game 2. Secondly, fires should have been lit under some guys like Kap by trying some new combos well before Game 5. Like last year, Deano is stubborn to make changes until it's do or die time.

Players are partially responsible, but when you get the same results and dumb decisions every year, fingers need to be pointed at the coach.

So Faksa is back in the lineup, makes me think if Foligno's penalty was too harsh. So this was the postseason when the Wild got everything screwed up by the refs.

Well maybe i'll go watch The Dark Knight Rises tonight been meaning to finish that trilogy for awhile now

So, the former ref/rules specialist said that it's not Faksa's fault that he chose to turn at the last second.

Right.

1. Unwilling to play Kaprizov with other players is just brutal. Who makes that decision?

2. Johansson has been so weak on the puck, it's so goddamn irritating to see him on the PK. Again, who makes that decision?

3. Boldy has been incredibly ineffective. He's been strong-ish on the puck, but Gaudreau isn't offensively incline and see point 2 for Johansson.

4. I cannot believe how bad our PK is. Someone explain to me why we have a damn guy playing chaser up top instead of running the box that every PK has run since forever.

The penalty may have been harsh, but blaming the refs for this postseason mess would be silly. It seems there is always an excuse every spring when we fail to move past the first round. At some point, the team needs to put on their big boy pants and fight through adversity. For every slight (Ek hurt, Foligno), there is also a missed opportunity that falls on the team itself. Example: our star players being no-shows.

Well, at least the Morgan cokes are ice cold….might have to have a couple extra.

Ahh , it’s pretty blatant the bias against our market. They know idiot wild fans will fill the stands for 1000 years regardless of if those 1000 years are 1000 1st round exits. It’s common sense

Kaprizov is getting plenty of looks with other players at 5 on 5 and his best shifts are coming with Zuccarello and Hartman.
