I'm getting blank screen on both.

I might need to get a Roku, it works for my mom and she lives about 2 miles away and never had issues.

It works in Bally, luckily I have my parents' login.

Sorry, I just saw the Roku on the side of the TV, for brand it's TCL, not sure if that matters or if there's even a difference. I do have issues with my other TV though, it's a Toshiba and it gives me issues with everything.
