Disappointing loss, but they played pretty well again. Need more discipline, goals and ffs a functional power play.

Z and Mintyukov were the best players on the ice by a lot. But man does it suck when they play that well and can't get rewarded.

This was a gut punch loss esp for z and minty. Ducks played well but Ullmark played good enough

Not at all. It should be encouraging. If we're able to play this close with teams that are this good, we're on the right track.

it is encouraging. just extremely frustrating and hopefully it doesn't get to the young players' heads

Oh well. Verbeek, we need forwards man. We are playing six guys who are offensive zeros.

It's that but it's not just that. Top guys are getting chances and doing nothing with them. There's no elite players here so we really need to convert the chances we get.

He also has below average puck skills. There just isn't much there. Kind of a better skating Larsson maybe

To me it looks like he’s fighting to just survive out there. Expecting him to actually make plays right now looks it’s way, way too much to ask for.

Luneau isn’t ready either but you can make a really solid argument that he’s adding more to the lineup in comparison, and it might not be that close.

Our top guys keep trying to pass the fing puck into the net. A scrappy sniper like killorn can’t get here fast enough

not sure what we were missing. We owned 2/3 of this game. And just couldnt break through.

The goals against were what they were but if we cant score 3 we are rarely going to win

It's really bittersweet when the only time I felt a moment of "maybe we'll get a nice shot!" during the 6-on-5 was when the puck went back to Mintyukov lol
