Woke in the middle of the night last winter with vertigo. World was spinning. Next day some research lead me to the Epley maneuver. Very lucky for me that it was the type of vertigo I had and it went away and never came back. Don't try it alone.

Been fighting off flu symptoms lately. There's a lot of it running around right now.

I’m so done with watching Valimaki try and play hockey. Handles the puck like a hand grenade, and is not any better in his own zone. This guy shouldn’t be in the lineup over Kolyachonok.

Yep.

Valimaki is one of those "easy to play against" defensemen I'd like to move on from.
