So, that was an old goal by Muzz (32) from Spezza (37) and Jumbo Joe (41).
110 years worth of hockey guy. Wonder if it’s a record?

Why do we let the Habs push us around ? They are less tough than the Jets yet we act like the biggest group of ******* I’ve ever seen against MTL. Gross

I really don't feel like we have at all. Maybe you can point to some instances, but we've given back a number of big hits tonight, and I don't think Montreal's physicality has been at all a factor in this game

it really doesn’t. Have draft implications, a u-18 tournament isn’t going to drastically change an organizations stance on a player. If anything that is the worst thing you can do is draft based on the u-18 or Ivan hilinka.

either way, it’s just really sad to see the inequality. A simple fix is to combine the two events in the USA (that has been done previously I believe). Just a poor look for the IIHF

What inequality? Women's sports are a net negative. A total waste of resources. Those u-18s would destroy the very best that the women have to offer. Not even women care about women's sports.

They can't be letting Anderson throw careless hits like that on our players. Take the instigator if you have too, that was a massively dangerous hit on your number 1 d-man, do something about it.

Screw it, when Hyman is back take out Galchenyuk for him. Brooks and the fourth line have been great. I've been one of the biggest Thornton haters, but he's been great and I think he could be a difference maker in the playoffs if he's playing with passion. Brooks looks great out there as well.

Sloppy with the puck. Need a tight effort in the third. Would like to see them lock it down, reduce any inside chances, and enough with the turnovers.

Tavares line has been terrible tonight. Lazy defensively. They need to simplify when not in the offensive zone.

Overall we are outskilling them, not sure we are outplaying them.

i doubt it, 30 years ago players werent in their prime until late 20s..it wasnt a young persons league like now. mid to late 30s players were very commonplace

I just watched the Montreal goal 4 times, what exactly was Holl supposed to do there????

I can't say Nylander's pursuit on the back check was anything to write home about, it looked lackadaisical and disinterested, like one of those "here you do it" kind of approaches. Willie should've been all over Suzuki by the time they reached the blueline.

Blame Holl all you want for that Habs goal, but Nylander's 'backcheck' was shameful. I am also getting sick and tired of people saying Dermott should be sent to Seattle, give me a break. Kid was drafted and developed by this organization, and if I had a choice it would be Holl (who is nearly 30) that I would leave unprotected. Considering all of the draft picks and prospects we have gifted other organizations I am surprised some of you still possess this mentality.

The Women’s hockey gold medal game is probably the best event at the Winter Olympics.

I'd say it's more about teams not understanding that players are in their prime around 25/26. Guys that age are better but you'd give the minutes to the vets.

No question, horrible lazy play on WN
But it was still another bad defensive play by Holl
Also no question about it about Dermott
And I also think it’s Kraken Holl

the prob is here is holls salary is very manageable, if you have to pay dermott 2.5 to 3 million then we cant afford it, also sandin and lily waiting in the wings
