One Huge difference during this winning streak has been the final 1-2 minutes of periods.

We used to give up so many big goals and the end of periods so often, now we are getting them

The third PP unit is Jenner Arty Horton. That's a LOT of talent for a third PP unit

This team is playing very confidently right now. They really believe in each other's skills. They're trying plays I've never seen a Jacket team try in 13-14 years.

No doubt.

that's the promise of a guy like Horton and Gaby. For 37 minutes I can say, "he's really fighting it" and then he gets a foot of room and roofs one

RJ is playing great tonight and having a good year. Is it because he plays with Ry Jo or because he is in shape? A combo of both, or something else?

One thing I noticed about the new size of the nets this year. Pucks used to land on the backside of nets and get stuck there. With the reduced width of the nets I have not seen a puck get stuck there all season, getting the play going.

He's playing smarter. I think he's received some good coaching on effective screens and a more grinding type game rather than trying to use his less-existent skills.

I think part of it is just perception. He's scoring at a similar rate to the last couple years, we just no longer expect him to score 30. And he is faster and more effective. Looks like less of a slug.

Outside of the first 8 minutes or so the CBJ have looked very good. The LA goalie has been anything but sharp but who cares.. I'd like to see RJ score again... That Murray pass to Joey was off the charts good, it had to be perfect to stay on sides and it did..

Let's finish this thing...

All night I've been using phrases like "Man, that sucks a lot of Jeff Carter," but my roommates have no idea what I'm talking about. :(
