The problem continues to be not generating enough.

It's frustrating that they're really not either and they have four goals, but we're still not getting enough looks.

Especially considering we've had a lot of the puck. We do nothing with it.

I don't understand why Kakko spun to the outside in that spot

Igor is in a slump, just last season he was the best goalie of the playoffs. He’s been elite for a large enough sample size to earn the benefit of the doubt, and he’ll go on to have a Vasi like career if we move on from him. This is what our team looks like with shit goaltending and shows how much he covered the warts of the worst constructed, slowest, stone aged team in the NHL.

It's inexplicable that they waited until 4-1 to play with a little urgency again for a mild push. Like being down 3-1 was fine?

This is EXACTLY the kind of insipid uninspired crap that made me loathe this team during last year's playoffs. I mean, I can take losses with the best of them (being a Rangers fan we excel at this) but, holy shit, show me some anger at the fact that your losing, AGAIN, and you're listless to boot.

Because spinning the inside is for winners.

And that's the problem with this team. No one does the right things... Everyone just does some bullshit low percentage play.

If I'm Sam and Joe, I ask MSG to call tomorrow's game from the studio in NYC. Kanata, Ontario in January to watch this corn-studded turd pile? I'll pass.

We need a lot of call ups and inject some youth and urgency into the country club core. Without cap restrictions or players and their huge contracts, this is exactly what should happen, but it won't.
