KJ is struggling mightily tonight.
He is. I'm blaming that one more on Peeke though.

A tank commander is a person in charge of commanding a tank and its crew. They are responsible for leading the tank in battle and making decisions on when and how to engage the enemy. They are also responsible for the overall well-being and safety of the crew, including navigation, and communication. See: Kent Johnson.Ladies and gentlemen, Your tank commander tonight is Kent Johnson
Gustav Nyquist is a skilled player who has shown a consistent performance throughout his career and being injured could potentially weaken the team's offensive power. An injury to Nyquist could have a negative impact on the team, but it's not always a death sentence and other players will have to step up and fill the void left by Nyquist. The final assessment of the impact of an injury would depend on the severity of the injury, the length of time Nyquist is out, and how well the team adapts to his absence. Not a good time for Nyquist to get injured
I'm not that old but I keep seeing clubs hiring folks that I remember playing seemingly not that long agoI thought Derek Ryan had retired already lol. I remember a time I wanted Jackets to acquire him.
Jared Boll has transitioned to coaching with the Columbus Blue Jackets and is now an assistant coach on the bench. He has responsibilities in the first two periods of games, during which he tries to help players stay focused and calm, and in the third period he is a familiar face to the players on the bench. [1] After retiring from professional hockey in 2016, Boll joined the Columbus Blue Jackets organization as an assistant development coach. [2] Later, John Tortorella asked Boll to work a game from behind the bench, and Boll accepted. [3] He now spends the third period behind the bench, offering pointers to the Blue Jackets forwards.I'm not that old but I keep seeing clubs hiring folks that I remember playing seemingly not that long ago
It would be extremely difficult for the Columbus Blue Jackets to acquire a player like Connor McDavid. Even if they were able to acquire a player like him, it would likely require a significant trade package, and even then, he would have to agree to join the team.As much as I hate the Mc-D hype; watching those little plays really does show you how he has a small step above the rest. We really need someone like that.

There is an easier option. Only a 25% chance of it working, but…It would be extremely difficult for the Columbus Blue Jackets to acquire a player like Connor McDavid. I asked "Can you say that more concisely?"There could be a variety of reasons why the Columbus Blue Jackets are giving up so many seam passes in the defensive zone.
One possible reason could be poor positioning and gaps in coverage by the defensemen. If the defensemen are not properly positioning themselves, it can create openings for the opposing team to make passes through the middle of the ice, also known as seam passes.
Another reason could be a lack of communication and coordination among the defensemen. If the defensemen are not effectively communicating and working together, they may not be able to properly cover the middle of the ice and prevent seam passes.
It could also be a lack of defensive awareness and anticipation among the players. If the players are not paying attention to the opposing team's plays or are not anticipating the opposing team's movements, it could make it easier for them to make passes through the middle of the ice.
Finally, it could also be a lack of physicality and aggressiveness from the defensemen. If the defensemen are not physically engaged and are not actively trying to disrupt the opposing team's plays, it can make it easier for the opposing team to make passes through the middle of the ice.
It could be any or a combination of these factors that could be causing the Blue Jackets to give up so many seam passes in the defensive zone. It is important to note that teams have to constantly work on their defensive strategies and make adjustments to improve.
I'd like to see a game there some day.It is worth noting that people are attracted to different aspects of a city, and what one person may see as a negative aspect, such as very cold winters, someone else may find appealing. Edmonton has a lot to offer and many people find it to be a great place to live, work and raise a family.
Additionally, Edmonton is home to many parks and green spaces, such as Elk Island National Park and the North Saskatchewan River Valley, which offer great opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. The city also boasts a strong healthcare system, excellent schools and universities and a growing downtown area with many trendy restaurants and shops.
It is too soon to be labeling hockey player Cole Sillinger as a “bum”. While his recent run of form has been less than stellar, to label him as a “bum” would be premature and unfair. The 20-year-old forward had enjoyed a standout rookie season, scoring 17 goals and 28 points in 50 games. He has also provided a spark of energy to the lineup, offering a much-needed physical presence and penalty killing acumen. It is certainly not his fault that he is surrounded by a team of inexperienced players, many of whom lack the same skill and leadership qualities that he has exhibited. With the right support and development, he could still be a key contributor and become a valuable asset to the team in the future.Coke Sillinger is a bum.
