It honest to god wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they sent Macauley or Lee for this one. It's just something the league would do as a "f*** you" for even questioning their competence.

Just like the last game, if the ref had immediately called a penalty on Garland, play would've continued "deylayed penalty" till the Oilers lost possession.
It would have been the exact same outcome..
