The teams of Calgary that the world's eye doth view
Match closely the sounds that bloated guts can send;
And Kadri, the King of horse’s asses, give he that due,
Uttering few words, even so as foes commend.
Jets scoring scrabbling back with more goals crown'd;
And Backlund may stumble - upon thee you must own
Offence delivered in other accents for to Weegar confound
Seeing no farther than a ‘Berta Bovine eye hath shown.
Jets, enact upon the beauty of a D zone exited mind,
And that, no less, lead to fewer shots against and happy deeds;
Backcheck you first liners, make your games too unkind,
To thy fair flower wade among the Flame’s rank smell of weeds:
And now show us why thy Flamed odour match not their show,
The solve is this, our forward lines create uncommon flow.

The purveyors of HF's hockey palaces
Have no use for psychoanalysis;
And although on the Flames
The Jets will beat down again
Sportsnet clings to their long-standing fallacies.

Agreed, i park there and do the same or even the library because it's not far to go outside at all.
I would always find street parking on Edmonton between Sargent and Qu'appelle.

You just walk down Edmonton to the back of Portage Place and you have the lovely, warm Skywalk to get you there.

It's also really easy to get out of there after the game.

Free parking, a lovely evening stroll through stabby Central Park, the hobo-encrusted Portage Place skywalk, and a Jets game. That's the real Winnipeg experience.

I worked the overnight at a Denny's for two years so I guess I have a higher threshold for crazies than most.

PS the reason I quit was I had to deal with a guy who had a sword and realized this was all for only $15 an hour.

This ain't Legend of Zelda, fool. Sit the hell down and eat your friggin' Slam Burger, LOL
